i was hopin for an intelligent mix to be formed this way, but you're probably right. i'll set up another thread for an official auta mix, with the vote of tunes, and then decide on the progression with the help of a few experienced djs.

meanwhile, cud we still continue the development of this mix?
i think the outcome will be pretty funky!

plz keep layo and bushwacka out of this, deep south ( and the rest of their productions) are insanely boring. Has anyone ever heard the original of love story? its like the most boring track ive heard in my life. Luckily tim deluxe came along to sexy it up.

wtf?? Layo & Bushwacka's music has soul and meaning, i dunno how any1 could not respect their stuff, especially Love Story, Deluxe commercialised it too much imo, original was class

but hey, we all got our own opinions i guess

listened to a few of those tunes.
so far we have

1. Mr Sam vs Fred Baker Present As One - Forever Waiting
2. Leama - Melodica (Spacey Mix)
3. Layo & Bushwacka - Deep South (Mr C Mix)
or
3. BK - Revolution (Original Mix)
4. placebo - passive agressive (brothers in rhythm mix)

forever waiting to melodica sounds a lil wrong harmonically.
but i like the intro of melodica, tho its a lil long.
melodica to revolution is a no no, revolution is jus too hard.
i like deep south into yewminist

so atm i think

1. leama - melodica (spacey mix)
2. layo n bushwacka - deep south (mr c mix) <- huge bpm jump tho
3. grayarea - yeminist
4.
5.
6. placebo - passive agressive (brothers in rhythm mix) <- around here
7.
8.
9.
10.
11. BK - Revolution (Original Mix) <- around here
12.
13.
14.

thoughts?

hmmz, just listening to the traxx, maybe try this:

1. leama - melodica (spacey mix)
2. layo n bushwacka - deep south (mr c mix) <- huge bpm jump tho
3. grayarea - yewminyst
4. Nubreed Presents The Dirty Fours ft. Luke Chable - Bass Trap
5.
6. placebo - passive agressive (brothers in rhythm mix) <- around here
7.
8.
9.
10.
11. BK - Revolution (Original Mix) <- around here
12.
13.
14.

bass trap helps pick up the pace while still remaining proggy, after that u could start getting more in2 it
