Thanks Everyone your support has been really helpfull and it has helped me cut down a bit well a lot in fact. I'm smoking between 12 - 15 been naughty the past few nights and had an extra couple, but I will have you all know I was in the pub on tuesday night and I smoked two cigarettes and I had 4 pints so thats not bad.
On Friday I'm going to put it to the test, keep my cigs at home 20 B & H sliver not 60 normal B & H, and when I go to the cinema take nicorete gum, or normal gum infact I've just got to be really strong minded and I know I can do it. I also have something like after crasher or gods or a big event where I've smoked loads, the monday after in the morning I can feel my lungs and I think why don't I give it up and I reckon if I hit it from that point it will sort itself out but I don't want to really spark up and smoke loads. I might even ask my mum to get a hypnotist fuck knows I've got to sort it out.
All I know if I spend my money on other stuff I don't have money to blow on cigs so its all good.
I think patches might do the trick actually, as I don't have an excuse to say I've got a lack of nicotine, and it will help me deal with not having cigs in my hands.
