Nothing special really. If you want to join you just join. You'll sport a number and a sig (if a sig is made). In this case you will be something like LTA #n.

Now, if you're walking in the street and some vatos stop you and ask you: "Where you from ese?" You respond: "LTA Alliance!" And then they procede to beat the hell out of you. Pretty cool, huh?
