It costs nothing to open the paypal account, it needs to be open so that people can pay the person who will pay for the ranch at the time of booking it. The security deposit is also on the ranch in case something breaks.

first weekend in July will NOT work as it is a JULY 4th weekend. I spoke with Kevin a few ago and he advised to hold of on the ranch till much later when the heat starts to cool down, otherwise it won't be much fun 'cause of high temps during the day(we are talking about 110-115 degrees on average with 120+ on the heat index. I personally don't care, there is air conditioning and a swimming pool to cool off. I'll see Kevin tonight at our Club RED and will ask him what the cost on the ranch was and how much sec deposit was. I know to rent boom boom room speakers and a light was 180.00 or something like that, and sec. deposit on that was $500.00 but Kevin and I will take care of that.
