Arafat is a terrorist. Terrorists viewed as heroes by their "own" people(cult followers) have no honor or respect for the innocent. Blowing oneself up on a bus to kill pregnant women is heroic??? Honorable??? Sharon ain't no hero, but Arafat is definitely the bad guy here. Israel's been there a lot longer than 55 years too. Israel offered Palestine something like 98% of the land that they were unlawfully trying to invade, but that wasn't enough for Arafat. He called for the extermination of a race of peaceful people. There is a pretty clear bigger picture here if you get all of the pertinent information.
