The state of Israel exists as a homeland for the Jews. Therefore any Jew from anywhere in the world can hop on a plane and get off at Ben Gurion and the customs guy will say "welcome home". Contrast that to an palestinian arab whose family were kicked out in 1948, he could give them the title deeds to his families land but he has no right of return. He has a legal right to land but it is denied him for only one reason HIS RACE. And if that isnt racism well then the word has no meaning whatsoever.

The Arab families weren't kicked out in 1948. Many of them left at the beck and call of the Arab nations who told them to clear the path of the invading armies. Yes there were massacres carried out against civilians which encouraged some to flee (by BOTH sides mind you) but it wasn't government policy to expel Arabs. Look at Israel's declaration of independance signed in 1948. IT says, "WE APPEAL - in the very midst of the onslaught launched against us now for months - to the Arab inhabitants of the State of Israel to preserve peace and participate in the upbuilding of the State on the basis of full and equal citizenship and due representation in all its provisional and permanent institutions."
Funny that they would encourage people to stay in the country if they wanted them kicked out. Furthermore, if you look at UN Resolution 194, which was accepted by the Israelis, stated in point 11 that "refugees wishing to return to their homes and live at peace with their neighbors should be permitted to do so at the earliest practicable date, and that compensation should be paid for property of those choosing not to return and for loss of or damage to property" This resolution was unanimously rejected by the Arabs who kept vying for armed warfare to displace ALL of Israel. So at this point what do you do? Leave whole towns empty until the Arab armies finally succeed in destroying Israel or wait until the refugees finally get sick of empty promises by their host countries and return home 30 years later?

But it goes beyond that, arabs are discriminated against in all processes of government. They truly are second class citizens. And Israel declares its better than its neighbours, that it sickening.

A large portion of Israelis ARE arabs. From 1948-1956 450,000 Jews arrived in Israel from Asia and Africa compared with 360,000 from Europe and the US. That's 130,000 Jews from Iraq, 45,000 Jews from Yemen, 35000 from libya, etc. Until about 1985 the majority of Israel's population were indigenous to the region/continent. It must be pretty difficult discriminating against the majority ...

A country where a best selling book the infamous Joan Peters work gets away with trying to deny completely the arabs prior claim to the land is a country that is profoundly racist. If a person published a book in Australia saying there were no aborigines before white settlement they would get torn to pieces. Its like some guy publishing a book denying the Holocaust isnt a racist. Its absurd.

So what people read determines their moral stance? Look people, the Palestinians are racist:

Look people, Nazism is on the rise again, the Germans are racist:

What people read means nothing. I myself would like to read Mein Kampf one day just because I'm curious. If somebody wrote a book saying we should reinstate slavery in the US I would be semi-curious to read it simply to see how that nut justifies his arguments. Extremism engenders curiosity, so I wouldn't be surprised if something outlandish becomes a bestseller.
Are there elements of racism in Israeli society? Yes probably. Are there elements of racism in Arab society? Yes probably. Is Israeli society racist? No. Is Arab society racist? No. You are being extremist and one-sided in your proclomations of Israel being a racist society yet neglecting to mention anything about Arab society.
