What a racist guy.
What is ironic here is that you are pakistani, and you live in canada, and you are complaning about how there's too many immigrants here. that is hillarious. it really is.

here we go:
first off, america is great. don't like the laws? then don't work here. don't go to school here. don't get the equality we all have here in an essense that we can be born in horrible neighborhoods, and prosper later in life because of hard work and paid dues. Colin Powell for example.
I was once in a treatment center for out-patient when i had many emotional problems and social distortions. At this particular time, when i first started the program, i had no problem with drugs. i'd never done them, but i generally didn't have a problem with them.
i met another teenager like me, about 17 years old. smoked pot against the counselor's will, and eventually got caught dealing marijuana to someone else in the program. That other person was a 13 year old. Went to Juvi for about a month, spent time with people like gangsters, school shooters, and generally just the "negative" side of decision makers.
As time went on, and as he continued to smoke pot, i noticed such a distortion in him. He'd gone from laid back mr cool, to an angry defiant and troubled friend, all because of his choice to smoke pot (and eventually acid and coke)...
why do people defend drugs so much? I wish they were all gone. If u want to have fun, read a book. don't like reading? go to family fun center? don't like video games? join the tennis team......there is always something to take up your time to give u a good time. Drugs inflict damage on most people, mentally, physically, and (going to make up a word) "attitudely"
alone in this TA forums, i see threads pop up about monthly about drugs. Threads where people decide to do drugs to have fun. and Threads about people who decide to just HAVE fun. And each kind of these threads have an equal following. it's almost like 50/50 on TA.
it makes me sad to see people risk deterioration of all aspects of their health, just to have a lil fun.
U know what my idea of fun used to be? cutting. slicing on myself. i'm not hurting anyone rite? i can do whatever i want to do to my body rite? guys, people are out there to watch out for us. to protect us. I'm sure it makes perfect sense to let ur sister's cut on themselves and not get any authority involved. how about ur mothers? how about even ur children, hurting themselves.
middle finger to the US? man, the US taught u how to read and write so u could type up this thread and freely express ur opinions. From everything the US gave to u, u send back a middle finger because they caught u breaking their laws?
i was gonna write some more, but i guess i'll just wait for some responses

Opinions
Wow, a lot of surprises on this post.
all this is IMO
Being from Europe and going back and forth twice a year. I can say a few things, though all in my opinion. I feel that the US has changed alot in the past months, some good, most bad. The patriots act is slowly taking rights away from the people (privacy, freedom of speech, just about everything). This country used to be the most free, relaxed country. Millions of people from Europe were dying to go to the US, not for the economy or laws but just the spirit of it. This has all changed. New laws being passed, paranoia, the whole relaxed state that the US was once in has dissolved along with everyone's trust. ShawnB, that comment was kind of poor. I'd expect more from a person. What I'd say is mostly protested about here (US) is the loss of the state of mind that the gov't and the people once had here. Canada is a great country personally one of my favorite. If you look at the US foreign policy and how George Bush has changed this country in the last 2-3 years, its changed for the worst. Canada is great for its open foreign policy towards immigration and countries, europe also has this openness. The US gov't has almost become Xenophobe, calling people left and right terrorist, tapping major ISPs, immigration screening, not allowing students from certain nationalities to take studies in certain fields. I just ask people to take an outside view get past one's nationalistic view, ShawnB, that was possibly one of the worst things ive heard said in a while.
peace

this is a good exaple of what pigs do. all of those little fucks are too corrupt fat and lazy to get off their ass and chase down real criminals. so instead they take out their anger and track down minorities so they can feel better about themselves. they always track down the stoners, poor people, mexicans, blacks, kids with long hair, etc. pigs are totally fuckin useless and a perfect example of irrational authority. you know what they do with those drugs? they use them for themselves or redestribute them. you know what they do to the pretty girl they pulled over? they rape her. you know what they do to the black guy that wore baggy pants? they beat the fuck outta him. this is what pigs do and this is what theyll always do as long as their in power.

And I'm the pope. Sure some cops are corrupt, but there are people in every industry that are. But just like in any other industry most of them aren't corrupt. These guy's weren't regular cops remember? They were dea, rapist and murderers aren't there jurisdiction people with drugs are.
