Bit hard to describe... sorry
Just waving from one foot to the other.. nodding my head to the music and trying to use my arms a lot. Like Sand Leaper, either pumping to the beat or doing some wavy motion to match the music currently playing. My arms always seem to have to warm-up... I start off pretty relaxed and in the end of the evening they're all over the place.
And that video with that arm-trick is really wicked

i can't believe someone beat me to the humpty dance
unfortunately, i mostly just listen to trance, etc. at my house cause i'm not very old (17) and my friends aren't much into dancing
but if i am dancing, i'll either be:
a) doing the worm
b) the robot
c)liquid trend whore stuff thats still fun cause everyone thinks i'm mad good when all i'm doing is just flailing in a confined space
d) THE BUDDY DANCE!!! this is the one where you go on one foot, and grab the other foor with your hand. then there's two parts. part 1: bring your knee as close to your head as you can w/o hitting (or just reasonable close). step 2: reverse, as far as you can. then go back and forth between those two while hopping around. best dance ever
I just personally let my body flow with the music. Although when I end up not being able to remember the night that well, I tend to get a lot of compliments the next day on how well I can dance.......but I don't know how I was dancing since I can't remember.
