What i've heard of hardstyle so far has been crap, simple sounds used in all of the tracks & uninspiring melodys.

Can anyone name an "amazing" hardstyle track or set that doesnt just sound like random sounds n synths? One offender is "blutonium boy - make it loud (dj neo hardstyle remix)" - the worst tune iv heard for ages, there was sumat called the Shark Theme by 'The Hardstylist' that was laughable too.

There any tunes that would be good enough 2 convert somebody from thinking its all just random noise like iv heard so far?

its the same with everything mate, you cant just go into a style expecting to liek it if your not excited by the elements.

hardstyle is a newer more user friendly spawn of gabba, which is a very aquired taste.

and again, as with all styles, theres the good shit and the bad shit, the good shit is usually a bit more underground and less accessable. Ask any techno purist on theyre preference to techno, and theyll say underground all the way, not that picotto crap. its all about how much into the sound you are. there are a lot of crap hardstyle tracks out there that some guy threw together in his bedroom cos its an easy style to produce, BUT that seperates the men form the boys, there are your true hardstylers out there, that know exactly what the fuck theyre doing. dont judge it till you find them

Not a fan of hardstyle, but I must admit I LOVED hearing a couple live sets from Shockers. One reason why I don't like hardstyle is due to the cheesy synths, however Shockers are pure class and bring out some sick sick tunes
