I just lost my job, but have all the cash saved up. As for college, I have to get a new job so I can pay for that too, but I'm managing ok so far. You really have to figure it out for yourself.
As for features... well I've resorted to switching to 16% scale pitch shifting b/c one of my tracks was going fast and I needed to match up. The braking speed I changed b/c I like medium stops and starts. Everything else is just like the M3D. If you can't get this one b/c of cash, then get the M3D.
