It says at the S-S-R place that the course covers :-

Midi Sequencing
Audio Sequencing
Wave Editing
Soft Synthesis
Soft Sampling
Virtual Mixing
CD Burning
Studio Environment

and, "The course covers all the latest, most popular software used within the industry, such as Cubase, Reason, Wavelab, Recycle, and a variety of softsynths and plugins."

After reading it, Im sure it would be a fun course, but you could probably learn all of that on here and through trial an error yourself, like whats already been said.

if you're state side, you can always look into going to http://www.mi.edu/ i've been there a couple of times its great! if you're a person who likes to hear big names. well 'BT' even suggested that school for the westcoast. the school is kinda small but everyone knows everyone. you have 24 hour access to the school after 1 month.

You can be as technically perfect as possible but if you make shit music you make shit music... it'd just sound better quality wise.

There are loads of producers right here who have learned everything by themselves by experimenting and trying different things and are now getting signed and getting records out.

Trying to learn to be a good musician in a school is just silly.

i agree with you
