yes, it was stolen because I left it there for 4 months, while I was away on coop

hmm, 4 months is a long time to leave a bike out in the open, even if it's locked.
Happend to my brother today. He locked it up along Denison (Markham) because the chain got busted when a car bumped into him. He wasnt too smart for locking it to a tree tht was about 6' but he only left it there for about 4 hours and when he went back it was gone....

i had my R6 stolen not long ago

insurance gave me $9,000 back tho

and my friends bike got stolen from his porch with it locked up

i got my bike for $150...
i got a $30 lock for it, apparently the best one they had at the store
so far no one's tried to steal it...
longest duration i've had it locked alone is 3 hrs...

i love gunning down the streets of downtown...
gunning it to class... there's this down hill slope...
with no real cars...
gives me a rush...

it will suck during the winter when i have to walk to campus... unless... ARE THERE SNOW TIRES FOR BIKES!?!
