So instead of letting things go the way they are meant to, you want to try and take it into your own hands to make YOURSELF happy. How selfish! What he does affects you in no way, so let him fuck things up if he wants to and then when the managers discover it, he gets booted on his own. My Gawd, how old are you? 14?! You are clearly not a moral and decent man, if you are trying to PLAN a way to get someone to lose their job. If something he is doing upsets or bothers you, talk to the manager about it in a polite and adult way, and then they can handle it. If he is meant to be fired, the managers can do it on their own.

Fuck, what the hell is wrong with people? The world is full of selfish assholes, that try and ruin what others have. I think you deserve a big kick in the ass for even posting this.

Woah, easy tiger!! Although you do have a point.

I think you should carry on letting him be an ass, so long as it doesnt reflect on you that is. All the while he's letting people pay with monopoly money or whatever, just makes you look like you're all the better at your job. The managers are sure to notice. Patience, my young padawan

If you truly have an issue with him, like I said, speak with your managers. If you are only one step below them, they will take what you say into serious consideration. Tell them how you feel, and get your sister to do it as well. If that doesn't change anything, then he will eventually get himself fired if he is such an awful employee. Don't be a prick and try to sabatoge him or whatever it is you would do to get him fired.

Again, my apologies for being harsh, I wasn't trying to be a bitch.

i hate to pick this apart, but this is not a relationship. (refering to 'feelings') In the world of work; people that don't do what is within the written context of their job description don't need to continue working.

I can see what you are saying and if you factually lay out to your manager(s) what the employee's weak points vs strong points (I stress objective vs subjective facts) they should see that this is someone who needs to be let go. I am positive that there is an able bodied person out there who would love to have that job and can complete the task optimally.

I never mentioned feelings, other than him telling the managers his "feelings" towards the guy. I meant to let them know what he thinks. I understand that if he is not doing his job properly, he shouldn't be there, but that is not up to the poster to decide. That's why places have people like managers etc. because they are supposed to give the boot if necessary.
