Every morning when I have the Trance booming, I dance for like a good 5 mins to the nicest tunes that are playing while I get dressed. And then I continue in the car . What better place to practice huh?

Haha it's impossible to sit still while listening to a great trance track! If someone would see me while sitting in front of my computer, they would laught a lot
