That's what DJLucas told me they had at the fair. I heard a rumor they had stanton and not technics TTs though and that they had to turn the volume down a bit due to complaints, not sure though

At home I'm using:
2 Technics 1200 M3Ds Turntables
2 Pioneer CDJ 100s CD Decks
1 Pioneer DJM 3000 Mixer
1 Crappy Magnavox Stero

Looking to either buy some powered PA speaks or some monitors, not sure what way to go yet.

Whoa......stantons eh? WTF!!

Dude how was ur gig man? I only played like two songs. I played urban shakedown and the dude kept telling me to turn down my volume so I just let AJ spider get on. But yea, it was fun being at the fair though.

Yeah, I was a little worried when I first got there. First, major props to Tod for doing such a great job, such a great guy and in good spirits etc. I didn't get to meet him until around 11:00 but it was a pleasure to do so.

The setup was kind of sad but Tod apologized for it, the stantons were a bit rough and the mixer was too. But I had a great time and got used to the setup and was able to do a decent job. Got to give out a handful of demos and had several people stop by and chat w/ me for a bit and ask for track names etc. so that was pretty cool.

The volume was an issue but thankfully I was spiining from 9 PM - so we were able to turn it up a little bit more then the volume during the daytime. I was still asked ot turn it down about every 5 seconds though, lol.

That sucks you only got to do a few tracks, but good to hear you had fun anyway! Lots of PULSE and Oganik 2 flyers were being passed around so hopefully both will have a good turnout.
