Art of Trance - madagascar

It wasn't one particular track, but a night in Oklahoma City in a motel room back in 2001 with 10-15 people, all on E and glowsticks everywhere. It was almost dreamlike and euphoric... we stayed up all night till the motel owner came in and kicked us out around noon.

One track that stands out from that night was a beautiful, dreamy, melodic piano piece with a distant female voice saying something like "darkside of the moon"... to this day, I still can't track that song down(maybe it was a local mix or something?).


Oh yeah,
when I first entered the room, I was thinking, "WTF are these guys/girls listening to?" Music(not counting classical)that has almost no lyrics? That's absurd!!! It was music I wasn't familiar with at all... but now it's all I listen to 24/7. I blame it on the glowsticks and the E!!!

also i statred liking the song "i like to move it move it - real to real" from 1994.

i wasnt really into electronic music bak then, i just liked some of the songs. like the ones mentioned above are an example.

Probably Robert Miles - Children, I can't have been older than 10 when I heard it, I wasn't even that into music at the time... and from then on I've loved trance more and more.
