I'm sure the risk to individuals is low, of course RIAA isn’t looking to sue everyone, just enough to scare the majority sharers/ down loaders to stop or severely curtail their behavior. IMHOP I think they'll be successful, but to what degree, no one true knows.

individual's risk isnt just calculated by dividing, other factors, increase ones risk, such as number of files, and about of time dl, etc...
