I'm not trying to be insensitive, just stating the obvious that more help is needed than that which can be found on a messageboard when you're thinking about killing your brother.

see those pictures of the locks when a thread gets locked? get one of those and put the lock around your middle finger and use the bottom against your hand to make your punches harder. so if he tries to start shit with you just crack him right in the fuckin side of his forehead and repeat as many times as necessary. once hes knocked out call the cops or whatever.

anyway...clyde...i dont think your brother will kill you, no matter how you look at it, if your mom is on your brother's side and he threatens to kill you and you call the cops, it will only end up in confusion and heartbreak. if he touches you, defend yourself, but if he tries to do anything outrageous, get away from him, and get out of the house. go somewhere like a record store, or a party, or a club, or a friend's house, or wherever. if you let things sit for a little while after, things will get better temporarily. and if he pulls this shit more and more often, talk to someone by yourself, like a counsellor or a police officer.

I'm sorry there's nothing I can do to help you out, otherwise I would... Just keep in mind that violence is not the answer and your brother seems to be a real asshole but you shouldn't stoop to his level... The fact that you even posted this means you seemingly don't want to stoop to his level either... Maybe there's a counselor at school you can talk to or something... I know it sounds lame, but I've gone through a lot of shit too and talking to a counselor really helped me... and if I managed to survive all of that, you will survive this I'm sure.... take care of yourself...

arent elders suppose to respect youngers? who chose to take birth first, the unger or the older? human is human, everyone has to be treated fairly. i dont belive in such a thing where i cant overrule an older person or a younger person. yes i know violence doesnt solve anything, but at that time i was 17, not 20. its age factor, if i was 20 at that time, maybe i wouldve solved the problem in a different way. i was just so angry and i couldnt think about anything excpet beating her up. now u might ask why was a i laughing out loud when i said that, its becuase ive just made up my mind that ill treat people the same way they treat me. that way thibgs wont be unfair.
