YEah if i am correct limelight was the first club in NYC to ever play trance....thats when i got into they style known as trance...... & Me personally have been listening to electronical my whole life casue of older family members that were into the dance scene from the 70's & 80's.

Im almost at that 3rd decade point.

I started to wrok at limelight in 1992.

Same for me as well. This genre of music is almost non-existent in my area.

I was fortunate enough to be introduced to it by a local hip/hop DJ who was my best friend at the time. We were in a music store and he told me to listen to a few CD's... one was Kimball Collins and another was one of the Gatecrasher 2 CD sets.

I bought them both that day and I've craved more ever since.

Back in '96 with orbital!!!
