Good news for chemical customers - I just received an order from them with a royal mail stamp on it for the first time in a long time. Placed the order on 20/9, was shipped on 22/9 (after the weekend) and arrived here 5 days later on the 27th. That's to the states, but the point is they're using royal mail once again. NICE.
