Why would you ask how to pick a lock from the outside?
There are many website out there about lock picking. FFS even MIT has one.
Lock picking is illegal and breaking into other peoples property is wrong!

i just wanted to tell you that i asked this not to go to other people houses, but for a birthday surprice.

my friend is having a birthday and i tought i will break in his home while he is away and together with some other people will make a surprice party you know.
when he come home he will turn the switch on and we will all yeal "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" and a naked girl will come up from a cake.
