LOL You stole my idea! Well, I guess it's your idea since you got to it first...
Anyway, one thing that I think is interesting to analyze is the shortened english used for road signs and whatnot (as in how it makes sense even if you leave helping verbs out etc.), but not when they shorten the english by taking out the wrong words! One example I can think of that drives me CRAZY is a sign in the shuttle that I take to class that says, "No standing front white line while bus is in motion." I guess it's kind of hard to explain, but to me it seems like the obvious choice, if they really needed to save two letters, would be to take out the last "is" so it would read, "No standing front of white line while bus in motion." What the shit is "front white line" supposed to mean?
Another one is run-on sentences without punctuation that I see everywhere on message boards it gets quite annoying reading whole paragraphs without commas periods semi-colons colons whatever it just seems like someone is writing on a third-grade level i just sit there and think shouldn't you be in bed li'l boy?
