Haha yea it would never hold up in a court of law (entrapment) but you can tell this guy is a douche bag. He's obviously talking/flirting with this chick with the goal of taking advantage of her (hmmm do you need alcohol?). He probably would have eventually worked in some way to try to get in her pants.
