Reason has lots of potentential...if used right. I only wished the subtractor synth was stereo like absynth's...but thats notthing. Reason does have somewhat of a learning curve, but I believe its more intuitive in design than Fruityloops, but creativity comes from the user and not the software, I guess. I am a Reason fan, and am still learning also.

Since this thread has changed from what software packages do Bren-F & Lightworks use, to what does everyone use, I'll participate also...

I was using FL 3.56 with lots of VST's (mainly Pro-53, FM7 & Absynth), lots of FX plugins, Cubase VST for mastering of every layer and additional FX, WaveLab 4.0 for editing, T-Racks 24 for final mastering.

But now I've started using Reason 2.5 and won't be making any new music for months while I learn the software inside and out...
