No, the reason why there aren't hostilities against targets such as N. Korea or China is because it is a completely different set of geo-political circumstances. For example, war with China would result in nuclear holocaust, war with N. Korea would result in the destruction of S. Korea. The same tactic cannot be applied to every single nation because every single instance is different. To apply the same set of responses to circumstances that meet a certain set criteria is ludicrous. Therefore, cookie-cutter diplomacy is practiced nowhere.

The point is your thinking towards war all the time...that is what it boils down too.. maybe You don't have the confidence in hunmanity ...that we can change and progress without war. I however do and that is the way I think .. Call me foolish but I do believe
