yea no shit. i was saying how it was labelled on the magik 3 album. he thought it was a different version. I dont know why they fuckin labelled it like that. Perhaps they hadnt come up with the collaboration name yet? I didnt label it.

I don't know which version of Magik 3 you have, but on mine it clearly states on the back of the cover that the tune is indeed Gouryella - Gouryella (Magik Version). If you listen to the tune you will hear that it differs from the original, so it has to be some kind of remix.

The first releases of Magik 1-4 had those old styled covers, but Black Hole didn't have the rights to use them... so they changed the covers to all 4 albums. They probably changed "Tiësto feat. Sidewinder" into "Gouryella - Gouryella (Magik Version)" at the same time.

Haven't seen the backside of the "new" covers though, only the first/old ones...

I don't know if it's different or not (the difference is quite small I imagine) but it's a moot point because a) the "Magik Version" was never released and b) it's not a Magikal remake anyway.
