Tough, but Simpsons wins. Family Guys is damn hilarious, especially when they draw out a joke. Good times. It also has the social satire of Simpsons, but Simpsons wins because it has so much hidden humor. And Futurama is a close thrid, but not as good.

I choose simpsons if you only count until FOX quit using matt groenings material, but since theres like 5 or 6 extra seasons that cant be ignored, i voted for family guy which has not gotten stale yet (and is coming back on the air)
