True.
There are reports of kids (as young as 4 y.o.) who remember things they couldn't have learned yet (such as how to play complicated stuff on the piano, whereas they never took classes), accurately talk about "when they were big" (saying stuff like the names os his/her friends, family, where he lived,... and that after proper investigation may turn out to be true)... not to mention that everyone has a very complex set of tastes/fears/skills, which could be a result of several previous lives...
"Why don't most of us remember our past lives then?", you might ask. Sometimes you don't remember what they had done in the previous day, often you can't even recall why you entered a room... we're bound to "forget" stuff while we're experiencing new things
