More seriously though...you can't have a government funded by and promoting the use of a highly addictive product which is internationally banned. No one would ever take you seriously as a country and there would never be any possibilities of international trade. The netherlands gets away with it because pot is mostly a "soft drug", but the netherlands is fairly strict about more powerful and dangerous drugs, at least from a legal standpoint.

Aside from this, just because a government is a theocracy does not mean that drugs are okay to use there and that there are no laws. The Taliban was a horrible regime, but the US put them there in the first place anyway because they were going against the communist russians. As soon as it lost interest in fighting that war, the US said "Good-bye!" and Afghanistan proceeded to become fucked up (as I think it had been before).
Though, just as tyrannous regimes exist in other places, namely Uzbekistan which is right next to it. So why isn't the US trying to liberate the people of Uzbekistan? They didn't bomb the US.

1 out of 3 road side drivers tested positive for Mary-Jane. It's more harmful than we all thought. The other 2 however tested positive for alcohol... which is legal.

usually the people that dont do drugs are meant to be that way. If they eventually started at some point later in life, i think they would be more prone to being addicts, etc. For those of us who have been exposed to it at a much earlier age have been experienced and really know what to expect & what not to do. I believe its better to experiment at a younger age, then u have a lot of time ahead of u to learn about it and get yourself together again if u choose to stop. In my case at least, I'm not speaking for everyone.
