Well you got one with me, though I'm a bit further to the right of you! The commie undertones seeping through the board are frightening me too!

Yes indeed, my commie fellow

Although you're kinda mistaken. The upper left quadrant is the commie quadrant, and it seems like you and I are the only real commies around here. The lower right quadrant, the liberal capitalist quadrant, is also not filled with people, just Shakka and Cheney. The fascist upper right quadrant is so far completely empty. It seems like fascists aren't much into trance. But what really is scary is that the majority of the people are in the lower left quadrant, and that is the hippie quadrant! Even if we'd combine all the other quadrants, the hippies would still be largely predominant. This whole board is filled with damn hippies!!!!

Yah, in theory. Now only if the policy matched the ideals. And wasnt just a confused extension of Keynesianism on the global scale|

Go on, hug a tree and you'll see.

I've moved more than 3 points to the left since I last took the test apparently. Might have something to do with the fact that I'm reading Naiomi Klein's "No Logo" at the moment...

Fwiw, there seems to be an inherent bias in the economics questions (i.e. the way they're phrased) towards the left. I've seen this taken on many different forums and the amount of people ending up to the left of center always end up outnumbering those to the right by at least two or three times. Firstly many of the questions seem to concern corporations rather than markets (supporting the market does not mean you have to support the free-reign of multinational corporations) and secondly, to get a "rightist" score, many of the questions necessitate agreeing with propositions that even Ayn Rand would baulk at: who the hell would agree that multi-national corporations should benefit at the expense of humanity, that corporations should be trusted to take care of the environment, that corporations should only worry about their shareholders (while ignoring the rest of humanity), that the government shouldn't penalise companies for misleading the public, that tax money shouldn't be used in museums or the cultivation of art or most of the other questions you need to agree with to be labelled a "real-rightist" (tm)?

I mean there can't be this many hippies on one forum, surely? Like, you know man. Cosmic.

I guess it's those sex-related questions at the end that make people sway from normal life into the hippie nightmare. Now, about communism, in practice it has turned into some sort of nationalist leftism, so I don't think that defining Vesa as a realistic commie would be way off Do you agree with this, comrade Yoepus?

I think he's devastated to learn that he is a closet Commie.

I'm going to refer to him as "Comrade" from now on.
