Best words of encouragement: "Just do it"
Hate to sound like the Nike comercial, but better than "Just think about it"....

You'll be dead in a couple of years so you may as well have a laugh.

oddly enough, i dont recall being actually sad post age 12..
and ive had relatives who died since then, failed in tests @ school (didnt prepare for them, or give a fuckin listen in class), lost girlfriends, got fired from a day-job once,im constantly out of money,,,
i would list more of that kinda stuff if i remembered what else you people consider a reason to be sad or whatever, cause my kinda thinking and my prespective on the world (not something i can elaborate on in a forum, will be too fuckin long and hard without immediate correspondance) doesnt follow that way of thinking.

i am never depressed, ive helped more then 4 of my friends get out of being depressed (analyzed their state to small parts, each is insiginificant,, thus they realised they dont actually have a problem, not just by comparing to the poor/homeless/ill/whatever else, but just made them figure out that there is no problem, nothing is wrong)

and im not one of those people who think EVERYTHING is gonna turn out ok (at least not conciously), other then for myself, which i feel everything IS gonna turn out the way i want it.

hope that monologue helped somebody
