even though im canadian, i think that canada isnt the canada it used to be before. its different today, nd honestly i want to go live somewhere else. i think the states is better tho. but neways dont get me wrong, i m not trying to bash canadians or americans or whoever, its just my opinion about the 2 countries. i know how life is in the states after 9/11, so i mean like it wasnt just americans that were killed, their were people from other counties as well. but neways you should stop arguing about whos blaming who etc... mad cow disease, canada gets the balme, wow big deal. so wat, theyll solve the problem. topic closed.

hey now wait a minute! i think we should be blaming all the dumbass farmers who decide to chop up the damn cows and feed the parts to the living ones. Do u think we might get mad human disease if we choped up the dead and fed them to the living?

why we worry about 1 or 2 cows now at this proportion is silly. They should do the testing, use the right feeds and this will be caught and eliminated as it was. The over-reaction of some of this stuff is mind boggling. The location of the disease does not interfere with beef products cut from the carcass with the way it is done these days.

There are more important meat problems to worry about on a daily basis, like making sure it's cooked, handled and stored properly, more over than 1 case of BSE out of a billion cows.

Next, some scientist will use an ultrasonic microphone and place it under a stalk of broccoli, and when he cuts it and it screams...My god, what will the vegetarians think of that.

God there's nothing I hate more than ignorant americans. No wonder the whole bleeding world is hating you these days. For Moonshine: if you don't like get Canada get the F... out, and don't let the door hit you on your way out.

Guess what I had for dinner?

HAMBURGER!!!

There is an upside to this crisis. Beef is so damn cheap now, yum, yum. Oh yeah, and those poor poor cows...

Here's the solution: Just slaughter every cow that was born before feed bans came into effect. BSE-be-gone!

ig·no·rant ( P ) Pronunciation Key (gnr-nt)
adj.
Lacking education or knowledge.
Showing or arising from a lack of education or knowledge: an ignorant mistake.
Unaware or uninformed

I fail to see your use of the term. Would seem to me that all the other nations that import beef and ban the importation, during BOTH cases would be at fault, since it's one tiny problem that people extremely over-react to. Tracing the source of that problem...well that just takes time and is coming to light. Not that that changes the way thing could be handled, or laying any "territorial" blame on the problem.

Of course you could be talking about something completely different...and of course being vague and amphibological is common when on a rant.

Speaking of meat...dinner time.

American-Canadian rivalry cracks me up. It's just so freaking useless. Come on, we're practically the same country! That's gonna piss some people off, I can tell...but really: same language, same accent (pretty much), same culture, same socioeconomic levels, same political system, close proximity in terms of distance, etc. etc. Why can't we just all get along??? This blame game stuff is silly. Americans have made some stupid mistakes, but neither are Canadians faultless. As is true with any nation. Not that I'm saying the countries should unite as one, but I mean...I'd be hard-pressed to call Canadians "foreigners" and my two Canadian friends (one a TX transplant now) feel likewise as far as the U.S. is concerned.

OH YEAH, and if Americans are so odious and useless, then why was EIGHTY-TWO PERCENT of Canada's exports to the U.S. last year, and why is it that eighty-FIVE percent of Canada's population lives along the U.S. border? so HAH.

well I mean I can't really blame you guys for the last one, I wouldn't want to live way up in the Yukon, but still...you gotta admit, it's a funny statistic.
