Call me stupid but what's the difference between hardstyle and hardtrance? I've always considered them to be one and the same (but what do I know :P)

Hardstyle to me sounds a lot like hardcore. Its got the same sound and "go-faster" attitude.

Trance Generators, Yoji and Scot Project produce tech-trance.

yes scot project is definitely hard trance, but yoji is more versatile. i've found that his original productions are usually NRG trance, while his remixes of some hardstyle songs stay true to that genre. for example, check out his cd yoji's greatest works. not many are hardstyle.. but they guy has been producing for over 10 years so his style has obviously changed a bit.

oh yeah check out dj wag, the warp brothers and jam-x & de leon too.

Organ Donars- Locked Tight (Trance Remix)
Guyver- Serious Sounds
BK & Dave Randall- Tiptronic

Three of the finest hard trance anthems ever, all by artists on that list.

er, no.

Guyver always does UK hard trance, Organ Donors vary between all 3 (hard trance/style/house), BK's made about one or two tracks that are hardtrance n Picottos never been hard house, same with Mistress Barbara, doesnt she do techno mostly?
