i don't see anything wrong with it at all... it's like saying that if there is some of you that i don't like i would go like... omg.. you can't listen to trance caus i hate you.. you must listen too something else....

so stop with stupid comments like that....

and who know's.... if she would start to make trance.. who say it couldn't turn out good???

just becaus her music is crap now (to us atleast) doesn't say that it would be crappy if she make's trance....

but i'm pretty sure she wount make good trance becaus her label wouldn't want her too becaus she wouldn't make as much money as she do now.... sooo i'm pretty sure you don't have to worry.

EDIT: and NO.. i don't like her music.. soo don't think i wrote this becaus of that

you missing 1 big point though

Britney hardly write her own tracks, compose her own music, basiclly she does nothing but ask producers to do it for her, and so she sings on it, which gets manuplated again in studios..

so when she says she is going making trance, means she is not doing it but someone els for her..

am sorry but if you say you are making trance and using these methods than your shit.

if you gonne make it..fine but do it your self.

yeah look at Madonna, she had Mirwais come in & do wonders for her! which i'm pretty sure this is where Britney got the idea... she's always looked at Madonna has a huge role model... ::click click click:: well that seems like a fair assumption

Why is it that as soon as some mainstream artist admits to liking “trance” or anything that falls under the category of EDM, you guys just attack? It’s like everyone complains about EDM not being as popular as Rap or Rock to the rest of the world, but as soon as it MIGHT become more popular, everyone gets mad that these people might invade our secret underground music society. I think it’s cool as hell that she is trying to get into trance. And on that note, I got her new CD for Christmas (as requested) because I like the sound of her new song, “Toxic”. She’s hot, she’s got moves like no one else, and so what if she can’t sing like Mariah…most trance songs have distorted, synthesized vocals anyway. She would sound perfect in some melodic, progressive songs if you ask me. Quit being such haters....

Okay because i wanted to hear it before i commented, i downloaded the britney album. I dont plan on keeping it anyways, just wanted a preview.

Overall, Britney is right the album is more "clubby" and the beats are more dance oriented

There is a song called "Breathe on Me" that starts out as the basic club beat. The track would not be bad for a dub remix

The track "Toxic" is a neat tune, but its still a poppy tune. Not trance, but dancy.

well, i think its a good thing because, u cant really blame her for trying. at least shes actually going to a 4/4 beat rather than that hip hop shit. its either dance or hip hop, personally i prefer dance as hip hop is just plain bollocks.

still, shes well fit and i would so nail her

whats interesting about this album is that the tracks kinda contain a bit of her past influences of pop is a bit of hip hop incorporated with clubiness. The track "outrageous" sounds a bit like RKelly's "snake" (i think thats the right track)

hmmm

Jive Recording artist Britney Spears is set to release her 4th album, In The Zone on November 18. The first single "Me Against The Music" features Madonna. Britney Spears co-wrote 7 of the 13 songs on the album. Some of the producers/writers on the album include Moby ("Early Mornin'"), Bloodshy & Avant ("Showdown"), Guy Sigsworth ("Everytime") and R. Kelly ("Outrageous").

Well i guess she asked Moby to make a song for her.

She should ask Lasgo or Ian Van Dahl to produce a song for her if she wants trancey club music
