nice track

some comments

-percs: 2 simple-especially hats
-snares, a bit harsh, didnt really get that idea.
-crash is too dry-needs reverb
-way too much use of Unison's
-bass is strange but good
-synth that comes in is quite technoish, too much reso
-break is nice and experimental, touching hardstyle synths

overall nice experimental tune but i dont imagine anyone could play it

6/10

John

Comments as I listen:

-Kick sounds a bit distorted, not sure if that's on purpose or not.
-Percs are good but a little too minimal for the type of tune you're doing.
-When it all slams back in the kick definitely sounds too dirty sounding; clean the sample up a bit.
-Like JOC said, bass is weird, but works =P
-Cool hook, but again this needs cleaning up. The track sounds like a bit of a mess by the 2:40 mark.
-5:46 and it sounds way too muddy/dirty.

Overall pretty nice banging tune, but the production needs a lot of cleaning up as right now it sounds like too much of a mess at parts. With some more polish this has good potential.

Okay, type as I listen.

Intro is kinda cool. Very minimal sounding techno.

After the first little break, when it kicks back in, I'm not too sure about the percussion pattern. I think the problem is that all the percussion samples sound very similar. Try mixing it up with sounds that are quite different, like for the first two 1/4 notes, use one sound and for the hits at the end of the bar, use a different sound. Kinda hard to explain but they are just too simple sounding. Have a look at Ohm Force's Frohmage filter. It has some very wacky filtering options. That might help you out as well. Not sure if its one of their freebees or if you have to pay for it.

in general, I think that some synths coould spicen the track up a bit. Even just one-shot hits every bar or so, as they would ad to a freqeuncy range that is lacking.

Sorry if that is a useless reply, but its Australia Day and I just got home from work.

Hmmm.. Interesting track.

The percussion sounds a little too much like Italian Hardstyle for my liking.
The track has a very dark feel to it but while I like a lot of techno sounding stuff I prefer it to be funkier.
The only thing I'm not liking is some of the samples in the percussion. From a production perspective though it's good and it has a lot of energy.

Keep up the good work

Cheers
Nem
