AND NOW...about Vic's party. I was really glad to be back at the loft after such a long absence. Vic's set was GREAT (naturally) and it was nice running into familiar faces and seeing some new ones. The smoking room was definitely a nice addition. The loft seems more and more like a club. I keep forgetting where I am! The lines for the bathrooms, the smoke machine, the music, the lights, the bar. Hmm, i think it IS a club?? LOL.

Anyway, had a great time! Had to leave early and missed seeing Rory and Adam and some others but Adam called me and I heard (i think) "Beber & Tamra - Traveling On" in the background.. WHO PLAYED THAT? I love it! Thanks to Vic for the hospitality as always! Vic & Ian are such great guys, it continues to amaze me.

I arrived at Joof around 2:30 with michelle and friends. Fleming ripped it up. He actually played no records whatsoever. All CDR's Evertrack was a new promo or a new remix/production from Joof. Two stand out tunes were John oo' Fleming vs M.I.K.E.-Damm Blanche "JOOF rmx" and G&D -Beutifull Things "Joof rmx"

How do I know what the names of these songs were?

This was the best set I have heard from the guy since late 2002. After dancing our friggen arses off michelle, me,bobby,tom, and anthony headed to the loft. Michelle stepped onto the decks around 10 am and opened up with Fusion Feat Matt Hardwick Spectrum . After that it was all id's . I want to thank everyone who made it out for Michelles set, and for the ones who didn't I hope you can catch he next time

To me, J00F was "effective." I had a few concerns regarding his timing of transitions, which lead to a couple of tracks sounding uneccessarily repetitive. But who cares, he dropped some FILTH from 4 onto the time I left.


I also enjoyed the loft party very much...Thanks again, Vic!! I wish I could have stayed longer and hear Michelle spin, but sleep and family commitments had to be attended to...next time, though!!

I got to the loft at about 4 am. The place was packed! Some friends of mine got there a little after I did. They had a great time and I did too.
I met alot of nice people and loved the music. Tony, thanks for the shirt. John, nice seeing you even though it was only for a little bit.
Victor played a great set and had me dancing for hours...
Michelle, waiting for you to spin was worth it! I was tired, but you played good music and had me dancing .
Like always, the loft party was a great time, and I will definately be at the next one...thanks to everyone.

okie, here is my review...


got to vics around 2 and the place was bumpin already...i did my thing, circling around and said hi to everyone. saw ian and wished the bday boy a happy bday

the night is another one of vics classic loft parties...everyone was amazing and very friendly...

i saw the same familiar faces, the usual loft crew strutting their stuff...heh nice to see everyone again and catching up.

around 4:30, filoandperi threw an amazing set! great to hear niagara live from them.

by 6 am or 7 , i have no clue, since i was out in lala land heh..vic spun...it was great to hear mr.dinaire back2back...i danced my ass off the whole night. now im paying for it :/

i heard that michelle, john's gf, was spinning that night. i didn't see them the whole night so i was kinda disappointed. but around 9, john , michelle and tom arrived from arc...i was very excited to see them...as i was waiting to hear michelle rip the turn tables i wanted some GIRL POWER UP THERE! she totally blew everyone with her unique progressive sound...im telling you , im getting closer and closer on becoming a prog head. she threw some AWESOME tracks...sorry i really couldn't id the tracks since im not into prog...but her set is making me want to get into prog ASAP!!!!!!! im really proud of her for facing the wheels of steel!!!! everyone was dancing and of course , despite me being soo tired..my feet couldn't help but dance!!!

another memorable night at vics and ians loft...HAPPY BDAY TO IAN AGAIN! and thank you for the hospitality guys!

nice to see eveyrone representing ...you know who you are!
