whoever thinks the BBQ is a nightmare waiting to happen is correct.
I've set up events from big to small and even just the 15-20 person Atlanta TA dinners people constantly walk out on checks / don't chip in so someone is going to lose a LOT of money if they buy a whole bunch of stuff beforehand and expect people to pay that night.
I voted dinner. It's much easier all around. Furthermore I say we go to Porcao, it's a really excellent Brazillian restaraunt built into a hotel about 1 mile away from where Ultra happens (bayfront park/downtown).
If you aren't farmiliar with them, the type of restaraunt is very cool, you pay a fixed price ($32 I believe at this location) and it's all you can eat top quality fresh cooked steak (8 different cuts), chicken, ribs, salmon, etc. Here is a decent writeup about it

I've been there many times and although the cost seems high, it's so worth it. This is of course assuming it dosen't get moved to Friday, I'm arriving on Sunday and if the dinner is before then just throw my vote out
