moving away from flaming the newb, last night i just realized i ate abot as unhealthily as i could have (aside from getting 720%of my vitamin C for a day in like 2 minutes )
i had ramen, a cider donut and a half, all that juicy juice, and a little bit of ham
ugh i don't feel so well

and on a side note, when you kinda have a cold its weird how you can tell what side of your body you slept on by which nostril is more plugged
last night i guess i slept on my right side for the most part
