First of all, I want to apologize for all the mess which is going on with the new shipper!! You as costumer and US as big supplier of vinyls are both * $#$@#$ * up with the mess they (rapid Air/customs) caused! Today we heard that this a WORLD problem, shipping to Canada! Not only "only-djs" or dancegrooves has these problems, from this week on, also Chemical, Juno and all the others has the same problems with delivery in Canada! The customs in Canada hold back the packages WITHOUT any reason! We all try to get behind the reason of this! Canadian customs suck really hard this moment... Airborne had an own take-in service at the Canadian customs, so there was never a problem with extra costs or whatever, they always delivered in time! Now, Rapid Air / Skynet DOESNT have this own take-in service, so we think, the customs in Canada are really making money behind YOURS and OUR backs... We are really working hard to solve this major problem, and to be honest, Iam glad its not only our (only-djs) fault...
