My prediction is that Nader will not be too much of a factor, and he has every right in the world to run. My prediction is that he will get half the votes he did last time, and sadly make himself more irrelevant. I don't understand people who say that democrats are "entitled" to Nader's votes, because that's bs.

Hah, I hope the other side gets to bitch for a change too.

Actually they still bitch about gay marriage, government spending, deficits, and illegal immigration, etc etc.

I agree with them about illegal immigration though. We need to be aware of those who are coming into our country to work, and those who are coming in to blow up stuff.

As for gay marriage, it will be normal in 10 years so they should just accept it.

So far Kerry is in good shape, and I'm actually quite optimistic. He's not like one of those pussy democrats who don’t fight back, and polls I've seen of independents favor Kerry by about 10 points.

There will be almost no gay/lesbian/(along with their family members who love them) voters voting for Bush this time, so that alone is enough to equalize whatever votes Nader will get.

I'm also very optimistic about the draft Roy Moore movement of the Constitution Party.

Oh, and let's hope Pat Robertson keeps communicating with god and telling us all about how god tells him GWB will win.

John Kerry all the way for me. I gave Bush his chance and feel let down by his agendas and cabinet as a whole, one term and out for G.W.Bush.

Of course this is a comment from an outsider, but you Americans should seriously consider having candidate alliances introduced into your voting system. They work as you would expect them to: Prior to the election the candidates publicly state an alternative candidate which should receive their vote percentage if it is below a given threshold. That way people could vote for Nader knowing that their vote would go to Kerry, if Nader himself didn't attract enough votes to win. Can't really see any flaws in such a system.

Hmmm I like! I think that would definetely bring out people to actually vote for the parties they want to vote for but don't due to "electability".

That's the problem with American politics; we're always left with a bad choice, a worst choice, and a stupid choice. Third parties never get the popular support to get elected for the presidency, and Nader sucks anyhow. I think Kerry is the worst between the two remaining.

This is one of my life philosophies:

"Keep your friends close, and your enemies closer."

These are the same folks who pushed GWB to call for a US constitutional amendment to ban gay marriage, and who are trying to censor the US airwaves. Is there any better reason to be on their mailing list?

I didn't participate in the poll because I won't be living here. Should I add in what I would have voted in the poll?
