How about Nick Bracegirdle, also known as Disco Citizens and Chicane?
I missed seeing him when he was here last time. He has credibility in both the mainstream and the trance community. He's not a DJ, but he can play live.
Having a multi-room event will increase costs.
I personally don't like it when there are many rooms, because my ticket is paying for many rooms when really I can only be in one room at one time. It's a bit like going to the cinema and paying for a few films, but only watching one. I really would prefer a pure melodic trance event.

lots of things to consider, thanks for the input.

That's a pretty harsh way to talk about the most successful Dj's in Australia. While I don't like the hard stuff, those guys still have amazing skills, and their music, while not the general TA liking, is still the kmost popular in Australia
I wouldn't put any of thos guys on, because they are hard trance, and the TT event is all about prgressive/melodic/tech/uplifting, with teh hardest stuff being the tougher tunes that Jumping Jack would play.
I am thinking that an international is not all that important. Nor is two rooms. Trying to keep costs down, we are going to aim at a 500 person sized party... and if we get more, bonus!
