So i'll choose Holland.. i've been there a year ago and really liked it... but it's too cold and rainy... i need sun and a sea so i can go surf... so if money wasn't an issue i would buy me an island, build lots of trance and techno clubs, bring big dj's every weekend and party all the time... and i will make drugs legal there.
