I think you've missed the point of what a compilation actually is by a good couple miles mate. They just don't come better than TPOD.

Now you're just being a stubborn arse picking on technicalities in order to twist the attention away from the real issue. When I say "him" in this case I obviously mean PvD as an artist and his musical activities, which is what people usually do around here ("Oh Tiesto? I hate him, he sucks" etc.). Of all people in here I would never think I'd have to feed things to YOU with a tea spoon.

What's it to you anyway? I don't like PvD because I find his music bland, generic and stuck in the nineties. I don't like his DJ sets because he usually plays tracks I don't like. I don't know and I don't care what he is like as a person because I actually do judge artists by the music they make and not by how much money they happen to make or whatever. If he does make a track that's good then hell, I'll listen to it.

I find it highly ridiculous having to prove something to you this way. Or am I just missing your point completely here?

My point was that you're using every possiblity there is to drag PvD's name into the mud, even when there is no foundation for doing so, like I just proved with your comment on his statement to not making mix CDs. Whether you like PvDs music or not I couldn't care less about, it's the fact that you use your own speculations and overused stereotypes over and over just to take the piss out of him with nothing to back it up with that annoys me.

everyone has different opinions. pvd did not set a definition for good compilations with tpod, maybe in your opinion he did, but everyone does not share the same one.

Now, would you still like to continue this pointless bickering or would you like to get back on topic?

I'm loving this. How about:

PvD doesn't make compilations more often because he has to go through and add a harder kick to all the tracks first? Nah, that's no good is it.
