Skill wise in Toronto there is no better (and I will repeat, no better) DJ than Kenny Glasgow. What this man does with records is magic and you have to watch him to understand.
Crowd pleasing DJ's playing big tunes for big rooms is Mark Oliver, you have to give him respect no matter what your personal opinion is.
Dekoze's Comfort Zone Sets are legendary although I have a hard time beleiving he is the best DJ in Toronto.
This question is all a matter of opinion so expect some variancies.

but Kenny gets really stoned, and often - sometimes this leads to good things, sometimes bad. he doesn't care either way!
deko-ze is always consistently on target mixing skill wise. I watched him close up for a few hrs at film last fall, and even standing beside him, I couldn't tell what sound was coming from what record/CD. Awesome.

mark oliver sucks??? i guess spinning in front of and behind all those world class dj's is a fluke i guess being the resident dj at canada's biggest nightclub is dumb luck
and some of us like it when a dj changes styles during a set...tis called variety...
Ok let's sort this out. Mark Oliver CAN be fucking amazing. But when he does long boring ass progressive house sets for 8 hours where every song is just monotonous then it sucks! (He used to do that a year or two ago constantly @ Guv). BUT when he wants to kick ass, he can spin like nobody's business. (ie when he opens up for any huge name dj), completely rocks it. That's why he's "The Best". Also, De-Koze knows how to get a joint jumping.
