Always fly out of Buffalo. If you connect through NYC you can save hundreds and sometimes over $1000 over Toronto.
As for Red Bull. the original redbull comes from Thailand in brown bottles and you can even get it at 7-11 here. The canned stuff is made in Austria by a guy who bought the rights to the name and made a simular formula with carbonation. This is the red bull that most westerners are familiar with.
Both kinds are now available in canada
