I'm from Hamilton and both of those bars aren't that great in my opinion. Most people really like them. Fever isn't what it used to be and Billy Bob's is good if you're a university/college student that loves to drink.

i thought boa was only open on saturday nights from 1am- till morning or someting.

I would love to go to Boa and see Sander but Decadence has got my vote... I have yet to see Armin and I've seen Sander @ Stereo way back in August.

Just to let you know, since it's a "dream" party, the crowd is probably going to be gay... Even though Boa now has circuit parties advertised on Fridays in April, "dream" events tend to attract that type of crowd.

Don't get me wrong, I have nothing against gays but I hope you know what you're going to.

I went to Stereo for New Years and saw David Morales... It was probably one of the best tech-house/house sets I've ever been to and I knew that Stereo attracted the gay crowd... However, I was really unprepared to deal with an 80%+ crowd of shirtless men. The way it works at Stereo is on Friday nights, the crowd is mixed whereas on Special events and Saturdays, it is more one-sided.

However, the talent and DJs they get there are top notch... To have Satoshi Tomiie, Sander Kleinenberg, Tom Stephan, David Morales, Victor Calderone and many more as residents says a lot about the club... no matter what kind of crowd it gets. The sound system is absolutely AWESOME too, very, very clear.

In my opinion, Boa is quickly becoming the Stereo of Toronto. They have gotten great names in the past little while (SK twice in 4 months, Jeff Mills etc.).

In any case, whoever goes to Boa for SK on Thursday, I hope you have a wicked time.

I'm definitely going to Boa this thursday, I think I'm more of a Boa junkie than anything else. Always a different crowd (bar me lol).
