לעניינו... טוב שעשית באמפ לט'רד צח


בגלל שאני עוזב בעוד יום וחצי לצבא עוד פעם...
אני ישתף אתכם בהסבר ששמעתי למה זה עצם הפזם

עצם = עייפות צבאית מצטברת

אחרי משהו כמו שנתיים או אנערף עם בוטנים כמה כבר העייפות הצבאית עוברת כל גבול ואז יענו כואב לך ב"עצם" כבכיכול
יש מבין?

עצם הפזם
הכוונה לעצם הזנב
ופזם כי ככל שהפזם שלך יותר גבוה
אז העצם יותר כואבת
לפחות אצלי שאני כל היום יושב עליה ומגרבץ
אכן מתחיל לכאוב אחרי שנה ו 8

אה ואגב דעו לכם שלמרות שאף אחד חוץ אולי מטירונות 02 לא שמים על החוק של השעות שינה
הוא הרבה יותר חשוב מהקידורים
כי בסופו של דבר החוסר שינה זה מה שגורם לשברי מאמץ
אני יכול לתת הסבר למה אבל זה לא יעניין אתכם נראה לי

ואגב רועי חכה לאימון מתקדם
לפי חברים אם ישנים שם בלילה 4 שעות זה פינוק...

טוב צעירים קיצר גיל באמת צודק במיקום ורועי פרוש מגניב לא הכרתי את זה עדיין ... בכל מקרה אני יודע שאימנתי את הלוחמים במגלן אז
יש שם חייל אחד בבסיס שהלך עם מקל הליכה וכל הזמן הייתי בטוח שהוא נפצע
ובחדר אוכל שאלתי אותו למה הוא צולע אז הוא אמר שכואבת לא עצם הפז"ם והוא עוד שבוע בחפש"ש (חופשת שיחרור לצעירים פה) בקיצר
נקרעתי מצחוק !
הוא סתם הלך שבוע עם מקל רק בשביל הקטע ...


עכשיו ירון אתה ממש צעיר יש יחידות ומצבים שמותר לעשות בהם הכל
יש לי חברים שלפעמים לא ישנים גם 3 שעות בלילה ונותנים סטירות ושבתות
חופשי ...
רק בטירונות עוד איכשהוא מנסים להקפיד על החוקים האלה וגם זה לא תמיד
אבל זה תלוי בכל מיני דברים ...

למקרה שעדיין לא הבנת...
אני כבר התחלתי אימון מתקדם לפני שלושה שבועות ששבוע מזה הייתי ברגילה...
ועד עכשיו... לא רק שהקפידו לנו על השעות שינה... גם היה פעם אחת שכולם ישנו 7 שעות... ומשום מה השלימו להם ל 10 שעות שינה
רק אני ועוד כמה אכלנו זין שישנו 4 שעות אחרי השמירה שלנו ואז העירו אותנו להיות תורני מטבח
אבל אחר כך קיבלנו השלמה ל 6 שעות שינה
