NFL = Great playoffs, as said before "one and done." Also, they take a fairly large pool into the playoffs so you have someone to root for.
Baseball = Probably the best in my opinion. A seven game series (or five) takes place in a matter of days, not weeks, as in the NBA. So you have the drama of a series, but it's not so drawn out that you lose interest.
NHL = Too long. Too many teams, too many series. Besides the fact that hockey sucks on TV, you have to sit through too many games. If the playoffs went to shorter series it would help dramatically.
NBA = Worst. Long, drawn out series where you lose interest because the drama is gone by the time you get to the next game. Way to many teams, taking way to long to get to the finals. Playoffs shouldn't be nearly as long as the regular season.
