yeah maybe they fear us!

but seriously, I think that people that see us in Aria with our t-shirt....find it funny rather than scary!
or maybe some think we are gay?

I hate the word rave!! I prefer to use the word "party". I mean ARIA to me is more than a club, so I call an event a party. I always correct ppl when they associate me with raves, or call me a raver.

i agree with you...

i'm not a raver, never have been. i went to one rave in 2001 and had the worst time ever...

i despise it when people hear i go to clubs, stay out late, etc. and they say: 'so, you go to raves?'

NO i don't go to raves, i go to clubs. i am a clubber.

what's the difference? from what i've experienced: a more controlled and mature environment in clubs. people are there more for the music than for 'other' things...

nope, not a fan of the rave scene...maybe if i was 16

If someone told me i was a raver i really don't think i would care, becasue they honestly have no clue what they are talking about.

Most of the music we listen to may have sprung from raves, put for the most part music you hear in raves now days is quite different than what you will hear at aria. And like you've all stated above, there's a huge difference in ambiance. which personally i like.

I think a large portion of this is due to maturaty. In After you have to be old enough to get into a bar, not so in raves. you end up with alot of kids at raves. that is where i think most of your candy kids come from.
