obviously a joke. If they wanted to plan it a little better they would have made the average of all the IQ scores equal the average IQ score, 100.

IQ scores are normed every few years so that teh average score is 100. Plus there is tons of crap on what the hell IQ actually is. its basically means that you are good at taking iq tests, and it is only meant for prediction of acedemic success.


to me thats worthless. but anyways, it was a funny joke.
